Youth
Engagement

The New Glasgow Youth Choir will engage children in meaningful experiences of high-quality music education and performance. Our members will engage in community performances, festivals and retreats throughout the season.

Workshops

The New Glasgow Youth Choir strives to provide high quality music instruction so that members develop musicianship and skills in vocal performance by maintaining a strong, collaborative presence within local, regional and provincial music education and performance communities.

Performances

The New Glasgow Youth Choir provides performance opportunities throughout the year for its members. Highlights of the season include the Holiday Concert in December and the Spring Concert in May.

Upcoming Events

April 13, 2025 with the Nova Scotia Children's Chorus

The NGYC is excited to join the Nova Scotia Children's Chorus in concert on April 13, 2025! The concert takes place at First United Church in Truro. April 14 through 17, 2025 New Glasgow Music Festival

May 30, 2025

Join the New Glasgow Youth Choir for their spring concert on May 30, 2025 at Trinity United Church in New Glasgow. Concert will being at 7 pm - tickets available in April 2025.
